Built on mentorship, professionalism, and doing things right.
Integrity Aviation is a Part 61 flight school based at Orlando Executive Airport, focused on developing safe, confident, and capable pilots through personalized instruction.
Our mission
Our goal is to create a training environment where students feel supported, respected, and prepared for each stage of their aviation journey.
We believe strong flight training requires more than logging hours. It requires clear expectations, thoughtful instruction, professional habits, and instructors who are invested in each student’s growth.

What students can expect
Personalized Training
Every student learns differently. Training is adapted to your goals, schedule, and learning style while keeping structure in place.
Real Mentorship
We want students to understand not only what to do, but why it matters and how to think like safe pilots.
Professional Standards
From preflight planning to decision-making, students build habits that carry into every stage of aviation.
Learn from experienced aviation professionals.
Our instructors bring a wide range of aviation, teaching, and professional experience to every lesson. Whether you're pursuing your first pilot certificate or preparing for advanced ratings, you'll train with instructors who are committed to developing safe, knowledgeable, and confident pilots.

Jonathan Salazar
ATP, CFI, CFI-G
Jonathan Salazar began his aviation journey at the age of 13, driven by a passion for flight that would eventually lead to a distinguished international aviation career. In 2021, he co-founded J&P Aviation alongside his longtime friend, Presley Rose, starting with a Piper Cherokee 180 affectionately known throughout the aviation community as “Bettie Blue.”
Today, Jonathan serves as an International Training Captain with extensive experience operating the Gulfstream G550, Gulfstream V, Gulfstream G450, and Dassault Falcon 2000EX. He previously served as Chief Pilot for G550 Air Rescue Operations at Hatzolah Emergency Air Response Team, where he led international medical evacuation missions around the world.
Jonathan currently flies for a FAR Part 135 operator and continues to instruct whenever his schedule allows.

Ryan Blackburn
CFI, CFII
Before pursuing aviation professionally, Ryan Blackburn built a successful career in athletic performance coaching, working with everyone from Olympians to Special Olympics athletes. His work earned him recognition as one of the Top 50 Performance Coaches in the United States on four separate occasions.
Ryan's background in coaching taught him how to simplify complex concepts, build confidence, and help people achieve their goals efficiently. He brings those same skills into flight instruction, where his focus is not simply building flight time, but developing safe, knowledgeable, and capable pilots.
His goal is to create an encouraging learning environment where students gain confidence, build strong decision-making skills, and understand the “why” behind every lesson.
Bradley Sherwood
CFI, CFII, MEI
Bradley Sherwood brings a unique blend of aviation expertise and professional experience from over a decade working in the operating room as a surgical technologist. His background in healthcare helped develop the communication, situational awareness, and decision-making skills required to perform effectively in high-pressure environments.
As a Certified Flight Instructor and commercial pilot, Brad applies that same attention to detail and safety-focused mindset to every lesson. He is known for his patient teaching style, professionalism, and ability to help students build confidence while maintaining high standards.
Brad serves as Integrity Aviation's primary Cirrus SR20 G6 instructor. He holds Commercial Pilot privileges with Airplane Single-Engine Land, Multi-Engine Land, and Instrument Airplane ratings, along with Flight Instructor certificates for Airplane, Instrument, and Multi-Engine Airplane.
