Jonathan Salazar

Founder | ATP | CFI | CFI-Glider

Jonathan Salazar began his aviation journey at the age of 13, driven by a passion for flight that would eventually lead to a distinguished international aviation career. In 2021, he co-founded J&P Aviation alongside his longtime friend, Presley Rose, starting with a Piper Cherokee 180 affectionately known throughout the aviation community as “Bettie Blue.”

Today, Jonathan serves as an International Training Captain with extensive experience operating the Gulfstream G550, Gulfstream V, Gulfstream G450, and Dassault Falcon 2000EX. He previously served as Chief Pilot for G550 Air Rescue Operations at Hatzolah Emergency Air Response Team, where he led international medical evacuation missions around the world.

Jonathan currently flies for a FAR Part 135 operator and continues to instruct whenever his schedule allows.

Bradley Sherwood

Chief Flight Instructor | CFI | CFII | MEI

Bradley Sherwood brings a unique blend of aviation expertise and professional experience from over a decade working in the operating room as a surgical technologist. His background in healthcare helped develop the communication, situational awareness, and decision-making skills required to perform effectively in high-pressure environments.

As a Certified Flight Instructor and commercial pilot, Brad applies that same attention to detail and safety-focused mindset to every lesson. He is known for his patient teaching style, professionalism, and ability to help students build confidence while maintaining high standards.

Brad serves as Integrity Aviation's primary Cirrus SR20 G6 instructor. He holds Commercial Pilot privileges with Airplane Single-Engine Land, Multi-Engine Land, and Instrument Airplane ratings, along with Flight Instructor certificates for Airplane, Instrument, and Multi-Engine Airplane.

Elvis Sosa Malave

CFI | CFII | MEI

Originally from Puerto Rico and Florida raised, Elvis began his journey after graduating high school at 16 and working in RV sales. He pursued his passion for aviation and is currently working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Science. He holds CFI, CFII, and MEI certificates.

As a flight instructor, Elvis enjoys helping students build confidence, strengthen their decision-making skills, and develop the knowledge and skills needed to become safe, capable pilots. He believes in creating a safe and positive learning environment while making complex concepts easy to understand.

Outside of aviation, he enjoys going to the gym, listening to music, spending time with family and friends, and trying new foods from different cultures.

Matthew Leval

Flight Instructor

Having been part of the Integrity Aviation team for over two years, Matthew Leval has helped numerous students take the next step in their aviation journey. He began his aviation career in 2019 while working line service at a South Florida airport, where his passion for flying quickly grew into a professional pursuit.

Matthew enjoys helping students build confidence in the cockpit and develop the knowledge, judgment, and practical skills needed to become safe and capable pilots.

When he is not flying, Matthew is an avid caver and a member of the Florida Speleological Society. He also enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and his German Shepherd, Mac.

Gabriela Ramirez

CFI | CFII | MEI

Gabriela Ramirez is a second-generation pilot whose passion for aviation runs deep, with family roots in aviation dating back to her great-grandfather. She holds her CFI, CFII, and MEI ratings and is fluent in Spanish.

As a member of Women in Aviation International, Gabriela is passionate about supporting and inspiring the next generation of pilots. She brings her love of flying, professionalism, and dedication to safety into every lesson, helping her students build confidence, develop strong skills, and achieve their aviation goals.

For Gabriela, flight instruction is more than teaching the technical aspects of flying—it’s about sharing her passion for aviation and helping each student reach their full potential. Her commitment to safety, professionalism, and student success is at the heart of her approach to instruction.

Outside of aviation, Gabriela enjoys traveling, spending time at the beach, and making memories with her family.

Rasha Alnajjar

CFI | AGI | IGI

Aviation has been part of Rasha’s life for as long as she can remember. At 18, she knew she wanted to become a pilot, and at 19, she began her career as a flight attendant. She has had the privilege of working for two airlines, including nearly 16 years with Delta Air Lines.

Becoming a flight instructor has allowed Rasha to combine two things she truly loves: aviation and helping people. She is passionate about teaching, building confidence, and helping students become safe, knowledgeable, and capable pilots. For Rasha, safety goes beyond learning how to fly. It means developing sound judgment, making good decisions, and building habits that last a lifetime.

One of the most rewarding parts of instructing is seeing a student earn their pilot certificate. Knowing she played a part in helping someone achieve a lifelong dream is a source of genuine pride and accomplishment.

Outside of aviation, Rasha enjoys spending quality time with her family. Whether in the air or on the ground, she values meaningful connections, sharing knowledge, and helping others believe in themselves and reach their goals.
